Job Description

As an AREA MANAGER, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care and service. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

 

  • Supervise and assist with all front office transactions, including check-in and check-out counters
  • Assist, guide, and advise patients as needed, focusing on resolving their questions and/or issues in an expedient and professional manner
  • Coordinate physician appointment books and schedules, ensuring all patients are reminded of their appointments.
  • Review multiple daily reports to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality of area operations
  • Cover front desk personnel when necessary and support front desk operations during peak volume times.
  • Maintain good member and staff relationships by performing duties with courtesy and politeness
  • Demonstrate leadership by maintaining professional appearance, ethical standards, and compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills / Requirements

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Minimum of 2 years of college education (bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience handling patient concerns to the level that represents our company's high standards
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in supervising, coaching, and inspiring employees
